01 — The Beginning
Our founder's father-in-law had an empty seat with his name on it.
He'd lived with diabetes for years. And every time the family planned a trip, he was the one who waved everyone off at the door and smiled, "Go, I'll be fine here." Not because he didn't want to come — but because traveling with insulin meant planning around temperature and timing, and getting there felt like one more thing to worry about. So he stayed. And his empty seat came with us instead.
We kept looking at that empty seat.
02 — We Couldn't Accept It
Why should a medicine that has to stay cold decide whether he came along?
Why should it quietly shrink his world — the trips not taken, the table with one chair too few, the "next time" that kept not coming? We couldn't accept it. So we decided to do something about it.
We couldn't leave his seat empty.
03 — So We Built It
Until "I'll stay home" finally turned into "I'm coming too."
We started with one stubborn goal: make traveling with his insulin easier to plan and less uncertain. We designed, tested and rebuilt — again and again — until carrying his medicine felt manageable: not effortless, but no longer a reason to stay home. The first trip he joined us on, we knew we were onto something bigger.

04 — Our Customers Showed Us More
We built it for one family. The need turned out to be far wider.
Then our customers told us where else it traveled. Not just insulin — GLP-1 pens, and other temperature-sensitive medications and everyday health essentials that quietly decide whether someone feels free to walk out the door.
