YOUSHARES cooler support

Quick answers for travel packing, model choice, and storage. YOUSHARES products are travel storage accessories — not medical devices and not medical advice. Always follow your medication label and ask a healthcare professional when unsure.

How do I choose passive vs electric?

Passive coolers use frozen ice packs (no power on the road). Electric models need USB power for continuous cooling, and some also include a gel pack backup. Compare models on our Travel Coolers page, then buy the exact SKU on Amazon.

Tips for GLP-1 pens (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound)

See packing and display-model notes on GLP-1 Travel Coolers. Match capacity to your pen count and trip length; check the Amazon listing dimensions before you buy.

Medication storage checklist

Before you pack: confirm the label temperature range, how long your meds may stay out of the fridge, airline/TSA rules for coolers and ice packs, and whether you need passive or powered cooling. Full checklist: Medication Storage Guide.

Flying with ice packs

Use travel-ready ice packs, pack and declare them per applicable TSA and airline rules, and verify current guidance before you fly. We do not claim “TSA-approved” status for every route or date.

Orders, shipping, returns

Purchases are fulfilled on Amazon (Prime shipping and Amazon’s return policy apply). For order status, open your Amazon account orders. For product questions not covered here, use the contact form below.

Important disclaimer

YOUSHARES coolers are accessories for organizing and insulating temperature-sensitive supplies during travel. They are not a substitute for refrigerated pharmacy storage, medical devices, or professional medical advice. Temperature hold times depend on ice packs/power and ambient conditions — always follow your medication’s storage instructions.
